Pavilions, Sound booth, Guest Rooms, & Bathrooms
Our projects for Winter/Spring 2022 include building a Pavilion off of the Dining Hall to add a much needed outdoor seating area. We are in the process of dividing and remodeling the Guest Quarters bathroom, as well as the bathroom in the Bunkhouse. We are also working on a sound booth for the Tabernacle, and are adding 3 additional Guest Rooms in the "Stable Rooms" area!

-Guest Quarters: $125/night
-Room/cabin (w/ bathhouse use): $50/night
-Bunkhouse (w/ kitchenette & bathroom): $75/night
Campground Use:
-up to 50 people: $500/day
-50-75 people: $750/day
-75+ people: $1000/day
Hunting season:
-$60/night/hunter
-$75/night/hunter +1 meal

ABOUT US
Ranch Haven is non-profit, religious organization. We host Holiness family camps and youth camps/retreats, as well as Christian Conferences and Conventions. We also provide a place for pastors and missionaries to vacation with their families, in order to relax and recharge!
We, Mike and Kim Sayler, have felt God's definite and specific calling to this ministry. With the Lord's leadership, in April 2018, we purchased a horse ranch, and are in the process of renovating the existing buildings into a campground. What an amazing journey of faith the Lord is taking us on!

The Sayler family consists of Mike, Kim, Katie, and Hunter. God called us in the Fall of 2017 to pursue the purchase of an old horse ranch in Crawford, Colorado in order to convert it into a Holiness campground.
At the time, Mike was working as a coalminer and was a board member and usher at church; Kim was homeschooling the kids, babysitting, and doing the Children's Ministry, and the kids were busy with homeschool and youth activities.
The Lord worked many miracles, and we were able close on the ranch in April 2018!
Since then, God has enabled us to convert all of the existing buildings into a beautiful campground that can be used for youth camps, camp meetings, conferences, retreats, reunions, etc.
We are now able to do this as a full-time ministry, as of January 2022. Mike is no longer a coalminer!
